and changes are desired.

Newsletter
You provide specials and content. I will tweak and
edit the content for you, send you a draft, and then distribute it to your list.
If one of your goals is to send traffic to your site, then I suggest a digest
format, which has brief explanations and links to your site where the client can
find additional information or promotions. If you do not have a web designer
handy to make regular changes on your website to accommodate that option, don’t
worry, I can include all the information the client needs right in the
newsletter. In that case, the content should still be brief and emphasize
contests, specials, events, new staff, new products, and new services.

Monthly Data
Subscriber Management
The price for this service depends on the number of
subscribers you have in your list, and must be pre-paid three months in advance.
This involves data storage and cleansing. Data cleansing is the most important
part of an online newsletter or ezine. Like most spas, you have probably been
collecting email addresses for some time. Upon uploading your initial email
list, a cleansing process will start by weeding out email addresses that no
longer exist. After approximately three months, your list will be refined and it
will only contain the best leads for receiving your information. People are also
given the opportunity to opt-out of the list if they want, and people can
subscribe through a link I will give you for your website.

Please note: These fees must be paid every month in order to keep the account
open and to maintain the data whether you send out a newsletter that month or
not. If the account is closed, you will lose all data including the current
subscriber list.
Distribution with
Recognized Servers
Using your business or personal Internet Provider
server to send out emails is a big NO NO. You may have found this out already if
you’ve attempted it. You will be block and black listed by servers around the
world, and then no one will get your newsletter, or worse, you risk being shut
down by you IP altogether. You can avoid all that by using a service like ours.
I use servers that are recognized by servers around the world, to avoid blocking
and black listing. The distribution servers I use are also used by the top
marketing firms around the world.
